So it is official! i am engaged! i am so excited for the adventure to come and even more so, the fact that i can share with each and every one of you a piece of my Happily Ever After, it will be a private blog so i hope o get you all on it! but it will be worth it! Own the Night

it is hard to believe that summer came and went, it seems a little sad... but at the same time those leaves haven't quite turned color... so does that mean another month of summer? Here I am in one of my classes, i love life and am excited about what the month will bring. I have my family and friends by my side. I found my home and i am excited for the adventure that awaits. well i was thinking about what i could write and i figure that being how much I missed her and to make up for the time I didn't write this one is for my Bestest Bestest Friend Brittany Hathaway. YOU ARE AMAZING! i am so proud of the accomplishments you had in your life thus far. you really are so awesome. I can honestly say it took me 1 1/2 years to figure out where i stand in my life and you had it in months. You are such a blessing to so many people and everyone you come across sees that light in you too. i guess that is why everyone says you are their best friend, i never had to find the trust in you... it was always there. I can tell you anything and more and i know that i never have to worry if there is a bad outcome, you'll always be there. You are like a needle in a haystack, Best Friends can't get any better than you! I hope that one day i will measure up to you. That i can be as good of friend to you as you are to me! thanks for all those crazy days at D.I. and our random adventures we have had. I am even more excited for what awaits! You are such a strong person and I know without a doubt that this soon shall pass and you'll be back on your feet and ready to keep facing the trials in this life with your head up high! I love ya sister! Thank my Heavenly Father everyday for my bestest friend and that everything will be ok! i know it will you remember my promise.... if you need me anytime or anywhere.... I'll be there! Thank you so much!

So it has been quite the journey, I have loved every minute of Chile. It was the best 19 months of my life, I wish more than anything that i could just go bakc and live it all again, i miss those people! transition stage is the hardest... trying to get a car, back on your feet, a job, and above all... well in my case trying to keep my heart from being obliterated. it really has become such a struggle and ui wish more than anything if you are reading this that you will sympathize with me and maybe come visit... it is nice to be with the parentals, but other family is welcome to support me and above all just give me a hug. well i am going for now... a few pics of Vina Del Mar for now... man how I miss you!

Doo Da Doo It's all Good... or is it???

So this week has been pretty crazy.. change that this whole month! i am leaving in like 3 weeks?! my goodness it is getting so close! i am way excited that i enter the MTC soon. October 7th is my report date and did i mention that i have a party this weekend for my birthday? not to mention that our work is relocating to a bigger place next week and on top of all that I have to write 2 missionary talks for this sunday and next sunday?! *sigh* pretty crazy! i still need to get all my clothes and go through the checklist too! this is really crazy! I brought my computer upstairs to clean the house for the big party and i am getting all my stuff ready to move out. Ha ha i love to clean and more important you can't clean without some form of entertainment and y'all know that i LOVE music so that is fine with me! i have my iPod as my remote so wherever i am, i can still listen to the music and jam out! WAHOOO! oh my time is going by fast today! tomorrow i go and get the stuff for the party! crazy!!!! ha ha it will look amazing, i just hope people show up! well i am out for now. thanks for tuning in! talk to all you later! maybe keep you updated from the MTC ha ha ha... k never mind. almost forgot to tell you all that I have been called to Santiago Chile north Mission! Just Surviving

so things are pretty slow now, i wish i could write a message of how wonderful life is, but i've gone back to routine and when i am not trying to keep my brain busy, then i am thinking about people a lot. i am beginning a 30 day strengthen my testimony plan or project? sorry can't figure out what to call it. Anyway I am looking for answers to a question that has been in my mind since the beginning of February. i am reading my scriptures thoroughly every night and morning and really putting thought into my prayers every night for the next thirty days and more, hopefully this will also help me become more constant! then on the the thirtieth day i will be fasting and praying. i am nervous about the answers i receive, but at the same time, i am gaining so much faith already from this exercise and with everything that has happened so far
1- paying for mission stuff
2- Paying for a new transmission for my car
3- Paying for new tires
4- and getting rid of debt and bills
this has helped me look at the positive. i am continuing to grow and learn from this and i'll give you an up date about what happens as soon as i find out ;)

Drum Roll Please!!!

So today i finally finished my mission papers!!! they are in! good to go! now i just await my call hurray!
this experience has taught me a lot to trust in the lord and i have never been blessed as i have seen with just filling these out and knowing that i am making the right decision. i am so excited to find out where i am going and how much i am going to grow and gain from this experience!!! it really is so exciting!!! so here is the officially big announcement! and please leave you comment! i would really like to know where in the world you think i will go! luv you all!!!

YAY my 40th official post! now it might take some time for me to get it out there... ha ha i have the habit of saving it for later. Tomorrow is Easter and i am excited to have my family with me! it is something very special and i am grateful for it, although i don't get off til 6:00 and the party pretty much starts at 4 so i just hope they have food left and people there! ha ha i saw my nephew last weekend and let me tell you, i have so much love for that boy! he is an angel, never ceases to make us laugh! i decided not to post the vids... but you can always come around to my house and watch them if you would like! I am officially done with the dentist! YAY! so i will have the Dentist fill out the forms and my papers will be completely done. Sarah, if you read this, i need a little advice, maybe from Ashley too... just call me! well sorry to make this short! Remember who you are and what you stand for! HAPPY EASTER!!!

My Answer

I have been praying so hard and fasting a lot lately, i have never been so grateful for the fullness of the gospel of Jesus Christ. I am so proud to be a member of the church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. it has been such a blessing to know the truth in my life. I hope that with my sincere faith in Heavenly Father and his miraculous works, it will help me as i serve a mission. now don't over react to this, if anyone even reads it, but i am still getting a few things done before i leave, dental being my only thing and with the fact that i have no insurance and my job doesn't pay anything... ha ha it will be a little bit before i earn the money to pay off all these debts of mine, but i am hoping to finish the dental by the end of this month and then i will be done with my papers. I have told a few people already but i cannot hold the excitement to myself and i know what i must do without a doubt in me. I love Heavenly father and i have to keep my patience and stay on the lord's time. I am so excited and can't wait for the new journey ahead of me! i thought this announcement was needed to be said and more updates coming soon!

I'm back!

HAPPY VALENTINE'S MONTH!

Happy Valentine's month! so far i have hated this time of the year, but i am pretty sure it will be different! hopefully, so a lot has happened! my sis is engaged and Jessica's Missionary gets home in June... so all those who didn't believe she could do it! well insert foot in mouth! ha ha i am so excited for her! we all know about Rylan and he is amazing! i am famtastic! just clarifying a few things before this month is over, it has been crazy at work with the new management and all i am trying to be patient, but they are driving me nuts! i need a vacation and road trip! awesome new songs to check out are Leona Lewis "I Will Be", The Side Project "I Wanna Dance with Somebody", NE-YO "Mad" (watch the music vid too!), Britney Spears "Womanizer" its got a pretty catchy tune, and Chris Brown "Kiss Kiss". also Kelly Clarkson is coming out with her CD here pretty quick, her debut song "My Life Would Suck Without You" is one of My Favorites! and those who like alternative... check out Written After Midnight! it is an alternative band! way good! Oh and HSM 3 will also be coming out to DVD this month, so if you are into that kind of thing, totally check it out!!! i know i will! toodles for now!

Hello 2009!!!

How is everyone! i am pretty happy as you can obviously tell by my words that you are reading right now! life is pretty darn crazy, i thought i would never make it! but i think with the new developements in my life, i am pretty sure i am the luckiest girl right now! ok maybe not, but i feel like it! i decided on a few new year resolutions, first and foremost,
-i have to get my journal out and dust it... ok i already did, but i am hoping to keep it updated!
-next is my weight... ha don't worry i don't think i am fat (mostly) but i am going to try and get more fit!
-i am working on reading my scriptures as much as i can!!! its hard to understand sometimes... but i am working on it!
-fourth i am defnitely looking at getting my schooling done! i just hope that you will follow me! ha ha
-i am so grateful again to my friends and Family! you guys are amazin! i need to make sure the people around me know that i am more than happy to have them in my life!
so that is a small update for now! i have to get some stuff done before i go to bed! and then another wonderful day awaits me tomorrow!

Moving Along

i love his work and was very happy to get some pieces for cheap! so renovations in my room are in full swing! it will look amazing! trying to get rid of stuff and pack the rest! i think i am definitely asking Santa for some organizer's under my bed! ha ha! i get to see Daniel this weekend, that will be pretty darn awesome! i hope to go see the lights! that will be even funner!

Speaking of Christmas... some recommendations in music would be Enya's new CD "And Winter Came". even you haven't already looked into Mannheim Steamroller, That is another amazing one to look up too! there are a few from Trans-Siberian Orchestra that are favorites (Christmas Canon, Wizards in Winter, Christmas / Sarajevo 12/24 (Instrumental)). Those are all really good! if you have a favorite, be sure to add it in the comments!

What i am thankful for most in this Christmas Season would be my family! i love them so much! even in those times when we have a tough time getting along (My dad included) i know for sure that they would be there for me if ever i needed them. Daniel i am so greatful for you too! believe me you are the most amazing friend! i never could ask for anyone better! i am also very greatful for those who have kept in touch! i do miss the UN! Russia, i'll alway be jealous of your eyes! haha! UK youll always be my hotstuff!!! Denmark is pretty much family! Spain, where there be a window! ha ha love ya always! thank you to Kensington apartment 101 for showing me that even when life is tough, i always could depend on you! and the best part is we still keep in touch! amazing! i love it!! I also am very grateful for my aunts and uncles! Rosa and Bryce always show the upmost courtesy! and not to forget Elizabeth and Ernesto! i always love spending time at your house! just be sure not to hurt yourself next time! ;) to my cousins and my twin and my brand new nephew! all of you are amazing! i don't know what i would do without you! Emily and Erneso and Eric, you guys have been through all the ups and downs! you rock!!!! that is my greatful list... for the most part! Tasha and Brit, Andria and Rachel... you have to do it too! same with Lauren!

Ha ha i just love that song! but on the serious note... this has been a crazy couples of weeks and not just for me, its been major couple of weeks with America. my best plan is to keep following the prophet, say my prayers and keep my life in the best order i can. no matter what may come of this in January. i have heard comments from both parties thrown at me from both sides and even from my bestest of friends, it scares me too, i know that the outcome of this won't be good. but i must keep my faith! if anything i think that is the best you can do in this situation! So listening to my Christmas music.. I know it is a wee bit early for that, but i got these way cool lights and i am majorly stoked to use them! So i cranked up my music and the lights look as thought they are following the music! it is wicked sweet! I LOVE Christmas! Anyway Daniel called today and i thought i would mention him in this post. He is seriously one of the coolest guys i know... scratch that... the coolest guy i know. We are best friends. he is always there when i need him... well except for at dances! ha ha just kidding! i really couldn't ask for a better friend, it gets frustrating to be in another state. but we make it work. it is way nice to have all the technology! So yeah i could write a whole lot more, but it is nicer to hear his reaction when i talk to him rather than not, so on another more random note, here is the new additions to my Disney room! i love my new coolection!

High School Musical 3!

So i am a big fan of the really cheesy Disney Channel Flicks and High School Musical is a major one of those! i went and saw it last friday and it was so amazing! the choreography blew me away! i was sitting at the edge of my seat, i hope that one day i can dance that well! i love to dance and it would be so much to learn all those songs! i want to do graphic Design! i love to draw! but my heart is in dancing and singing! i would love to just dance everyday! watching this movie reminded me how much i would just love to dance like they do! it would be so much fun! if you haven't seen the movie... i would personally put it at 5 stars! it was just so amazing! i loved going with my two friends Ryan and Brit! they were so much fun to be around and it made the day so much funner! anyways here is a picture of the crazy bunch of us! ha ha amazing i know!
i hope to learn the waltz that Gabriella and troy do in the movie! i think it would be so much fun!

Its crazy how time seems to go by so fast! so annoyingly fast! so i thought i would write a more positive post, no one seems to like my sad posts! ha ha well this one should be better! i went to the Dentist today and i am blown away with the cost! i can't wait to get a degree and get a real job with insurance, my bill was more than i could take! anyways, my teeth are squeaky clean! fantabulous actually! i had a good most of the day today, no dad problems and i got to finish my book, plus my friend Brit and I are going to HSM 3 tomorrow, which will be so much fun! today was major cleaning day! i am so sick of bugs! especially spiders, i have killed two already, you think they would spread it around when more and more of their family members seem to vanish after entering my room... they don't come back out! ha ha well yeah, so i have vacuumed, dust and polished. i still have tons more to do, but its a start! so Halloween is just around the bend and its getting crazier and crazier at work, what with everyone trying like crazy to find costumes! i think its lame to wait the last minute and then get mad at us for not have what you are looking for! oh dear! but yeah so that's me for the time being... Rylan, Bryn, and Andria are coming over tomorrow! i am so excited! well i just realized how late it was!! UGH! time never seems to slow down! well i hope to get back to you about the Movie! oh and BTW i heard Forever Strong was amazing!!! you might want to check that out! toodles for now!
